PFDM: YVR 2 Wins World VR Conference Innovation & Tech G Popular Choice

At the recent 2023 World VR Industry Conference and Shanghai International Consumer Electronics Show (Tech G), PFDM’s YVR 2 won two major honors: the 2023 World VR Industry Conference Innovation Award and the Tech G Consumer Electronics Popular Choice Award.
The World VR Industry Conference is co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government. Tech G is approved by the Shanghai municipal government, guided by multiple departments, and hosted by the Shanghai Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce. The awards recognize YVR 2’s innovation and market strength, point to a broad future for the product, and support the XR supply chain and ecosystem.

Founded in 2020, PFDM focuses on spatial computing devices to deliver new digital entertainment, change how information is accessed, advance the 3D revolution, and support human progress. Two milestone XR headsets have been launched. YVR 2 is the world’s first mass-produced Pancake ultra-short-focus optical VR all-in-one—clear, thin, comfortable, and highly immersive. Over 70% of staff are in full-stack R&D.

YVR 2 is the only domestic all-in-one to win Red Dot, iF, and IDEA, plus Most Successful Design and Shanghai Design 100+. Its curved, light design feels futuristic.
